At The Klor, we put care into every detail — from fabric selection to finishing.
If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges.
Exchange Policy
We currently offer exchanges under the conditions below:

Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags intact.

Exchanges are applicable only for size changes of the same product and value.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Once your exchange request is approved, our team will guide you through the next steps.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all original tags attached.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Discounted or sale items are not eligible for return.
After we receive the item, it will undergo a quality check. Once approved, your refund will be processed.
Refunds

Refunds are processed within 2–3 business days after the item passes our quality check.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout (UPI, credit/debit card, or net banking).

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.
Cancellation Window (Important)

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement.

After this window, cancellations may not be possible as the order could already be in processing or dispatched.
Important Notes

Items showing signs of use, washing, damage, or missing tags will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Colour variations may occur due to screen settings and lighting; these are not considered defects.

Klor reserves the right to decline returns or exchanges that do not meet the above criteria.
